information when you use the Kaku website (kaku.software), the Kaku application (app.kaku.software) and the

1. Information we collect
- Account & contact data — name, email address and the credentials you use to sign in.

- Content you process — the topics, keywords, prompts, pages and other content you submit so Kaku can generate, optimize or translate it.

3. AI processing
To deliver its features, Kaku sends the content and instructions you provide to third-party AI / large-language-model
providers that generate or analyse text and images on our behalf. We share only what is necessary to perform the
task you requested. We do not sell your content, and we instruct our providers not to use it to train their
general models where that option is available.
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run Kaku, including: AI/LLM providers, our payment
processor, hosting and infrastructure providers, email and analytics providers. We may also disclose information
where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for
the period required to meet our legal, accounting and security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account
data at any time.

port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these
